Hair Oiling Routine

Hair oiling is another very important stage of the ritual, performed by every self-respecting hair-care maniac!  Oiling is a special type of hair lubrication treatment which includes the use of natural oils adjusted to the type of hair and their level of porosity. Regular use of oils helps to restore the proper condition of the hair, ensures its proper hydration, and strengthens its resistance to damage. Are you tempted to try hair oiling? It is well worth it! As a result, you will get smooth, soft, elastic, and shiny hair.

Why should you oil your hair regularly?

We have created a handbook for hair oiling especially for you!
Hair oiling is a procedure of oiling of the hair with natural oils, which are specifically matched to your hair porosity type. Regular use of such oils helps restore and maintain the proper condition of your hair.

If you have not done so already, start oiling your hair today and see how effective this type of nourishment is! Oils, which are perfectly matched to the porosity of your hair will strengthen, regenerate, moisturize and add shine to your hair. It may be just one type of oil, but might as well be a blend of oils- a mixture, selected to solve a single hair-related problem comprehensively and in accordance with your individual needs.
(Listed below you may find 2SKUs of oil blends).

See what oils your hair likes!

Remember that these are only tips - your hair may like some oil, although theoretically it should not :)

  • low porosity oils - oils with small particle sizes, i.e., penetrating oils with a predominance of saturated acids (e.g., lauric, myristic, stearic, palmitic)
  • medium porosity oils - oils with medium particle sizes, i.e., semi-penetrating oils with a predominance of monounsaturated acids (omega-7 and omega-9), e.g., linseed oil, rice oil, avocado oil, or sweet almond oil
  • high porosity oils - oils with large particle size, i.e., non-penetrating oils with a predominance of polyunsaturated acids (omega-3, omega-6), e.g., grape seed oil, soybean oil, sunflower oil, or hemp oil

Ways of hair oiling

Dry - apply an appropriate amount of oil to dry hair, a few centimetres from the root. This way your air will not get weighed it down. Leave the oil on for at least an hour.

Wet - apply oil to wet, washed hair, drained of excess water. Washing the hair helps to open the hair cuticles, thanks to which the oil can penetrate the hair structure and thus work more effectively.

On a moisturizing foundation - for this purpose, apply aloe gel, glycerine, honey, or sugar solution on dry hair, and then apply the oil. This method of oiling provides the hair with extra doses of humectants, i.e., moisturizing agents.

How to wash the oil off your hair properly?

It is easier than you think! You only need to spread the conditioner over the oiled parts of the hair and massage it in thoroughly - this is how and where the oil is emulsified. Keep the product in your hair for a few minutes, then rinse your hair off with lukewarm water and shampoo your hair as usual.
